Hybrid Fitness Routine

Get healthy, fit, and strong with just your body, gravity, and very little equipment.

How do we use this routine?

1.) Find 5-6 exercises and organize them into a weekly schedule.

2.) Find a progression of each exercise you can do competently, safely, and without pain. When in doubt, start from the first progression!

3.) Work these progressions according to the schedule until you’re able to hit the goal standard of sets and reps - then move on to the next progression!
