Chrys has been a certified fitness instructor since 2016 helping many people get into the best shape of their lives. A strong believer in "lead by example", he's been working out since January 1st 2009 proving that New Years Resolutions really do work when you work them. He's also a huge anime fan as Rock Lee from Naruto and various DragonballZ characters were his inspiration to push his body to the limits every session!

Lars, an experienced fitness professional, has been actively involved in the Hybrid Calisthenics community. He has helped numerous individuals, regardless of their fitness level, by providing valuable education and empowering them to take charge of their own fitness journeys. His belief in the importance of knowledge guides his approach - by understanding more, you can make better decisions for yourself. When he's not coaching or assisting others, he enjoys a balance of video games and being out in nature!
